Membership recruitment in our Council draws primarily from St.Peter's, Our Lady of Victory (Gabriola Island) and St.Michael's Ukrainian parishes. For more detailed membership information and/or ways to join:
1.) contact our Membership Chairman, Brother Brian King, (250-591-4223 : email ); or

Any Third Degree member in good standing, six months after the anniversary of his First Degree, is eligible for membership in the Fourth Degree. The primary purpose of the Fourth Degree is to foster the spirit of patriotism by promoting responsible citizenship and a love of and loyalty to the Knights' respective countries through active membership in local Fourth Degree groups (called "assemblies"). Certain members of the Fourth Degree serve as honour guards at civic and religious functions, an activity that has brought worldwide recognition to the Knights of Columbus.
The Assembly for the mid-Vancouver Island region is Captain Alexandro Malaspina, Assembly #34, named after the famous west coast Italian explorer. It includes Knights from the greater Nanaimo area. If you are interested and wish more information on becoming a Fourth Degree member, please contact any Fourth Degree Knight listed below.
